  • How do I place an order?
  • You can order online by clicking the red "Add To Order" button from any product page. Then click "Review Cart / Checkout" to begin your secure checkout process. Online orders will receive an e-mail confirmation within 30 minutes. If you do not receive your confirmation, please call us at 206-223-1712.

    Or, if you'd like to fax us your order, simply download our order form, fill it out, and fax it to us at 206-682-3761 (must be received by Heroes no later than 4pm the day before deliver).
  • How far ahead should I place my order?
  • For orders over 50 portions, please provide at least 5 business days notice. Normal orders require 24 hours notice. Please place your order no later than 4:00PM on the day before expected delivery. We are open Monday through Friday, from 10am to 5pm for deliver.
  • Which forms of payment does Heroes accept?
  • For online orders, we accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. For phone and fax orders, we also accept corporate checks on delivery. Call us at 206-223-1712 for more information.
  • What is the delivery charge?
  • Delivery in downtown Seattle, Lynnwood, Renton and the greater Eastside is free. Delivery outside of these areas is available for a minimal charge. To view a complete list of eligible zip codes and delivery charges, click here. Call 206-223-1712 for more information.
  • What days do you deliver?
  • Delivery is available Monday through Friday from 10:00AM to 5:00PM.
  • What if I need to cancel my order?
  • We understand that meetings can be canceled at the last minute. Please understand that we are a non-profit company and the cost of wasted food comes out of funds reinvested into the recovery program. In order to receive a refund, your cancellation must be received at least one business day prior to the scheduled date of delivery.
